SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Valu Tail! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping procedures and delivery times.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES & SHIPPING RATES

We offer the following shipping options depending on your location:

UNITED STATES:
• Standard Shipping (7-12 Business Days): $4.99 (FREE on orders over $45.00)
• Express Shipping + Priority Processing (5-9 Business Days): $7.99

CANADA:
• Standard Shipping (7-12 Business Days): $6.99 (FREE on orders over $75.00)
• Express Shipping + Priority Processing (5-9 Business Days): $9.99

INTERNATIONAL:
• Calculated automatically at checkout based on Canada Post rates and local regional destination fees. Standard delivery typically takes 8-20 business days depending on customs and location.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance delays or peak holiday seasons.

3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Valu Tail is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS / LOST PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Valu Tail is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. 
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or contact us immediately.
